Requirements for Complete Reservation

For your reservation to be complete and for us to hand over the keys, you must pay before moving into the apartment:

  • Full deposit.
  • Rent and utilities for the first month.
  • Contract administration fees.

HOW DOES "ONLINE CHECK-IN" WORK?

Once your reservation is confirmed and the contract is signed, you will receive an email with:

  • Your reservation information. Please verify that it is correct and there are no errors.
  • A link with the check-in conditions.
  • A link to confirm the day you would like to move into the rented property.
  • If you have any outstanding payments, the payments that are still pending.

Arrival Day Confirmation

In the arrival day confirmation link, you will be able to:

  • View the information of the rented property.
  • Select the date and time of move-in.
  • Submit your desired date and time.

Once you have selected the date and time, you must click "Suggest a date and time". If we can accommodate your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the move-in. If the selected date is not available, you will receive an email with suggestions from our team for you to choose the most convenient one.

CHECK IN AT THE APARTMENT

The apartments are like a blank canvas so you can personalize them to your liking and make them your home. To help with your initial purchases, we have created an Amazon wishlist that you can order from before your arrival. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with an inventory of what is in the apartment, which you will sign online. Remember that the apartments do not come with bedding, only a mattress protector.

AFTER CHECKING IN, HOW DO I GET THE METRO CARD?

Public transport (metro and bus) is used by all Madrid residents, regardless of social class. It is the fastest method of transport and, of course, it is very safe. Watch the video and we will explain how to request it, even before your arrival.

Card application

  • Online. With the digital certificate, over 18 years old.
  • In-person. You only need to bring your ID card or equivalent.

You do not need to be a registered resident to apply for your Youth Card, just provide your address of residence in the Community of Madrid.
